2.7A Access to All: The Positive and the Negative

We have already suggested that the unicorn has equal access to all four core values at the high possible level.  They can access Power, Love, Wisdom, and Knowledge as the moment requires. The other side of the coin is that they have equal access to the conflict strategies or going dark in all four as well. 

Imagine working with someone who could from moment to moment switch between Intimidation, Manipulation, Interrogation, and Judgement. It could feel like a roller coaster never knowing what you might get.

Leader of Leaders:

The unicorn, more than any other individual, is the best at being a leader of leaders. The more balanced you are, the more capable you are of leading leaders. A unicorn can identify with everyone who they come across and speak everyone’s language (the way they are listening). You do not have to have a greater capacity than the people you are leading.  Others may have higher capacities, but the Unicorn can walk beside them confidently and set the trajectory or path for them, helping them be balanced. It is a lot like how a child learns to ride a bike.
